The constitution as the supreme law is a crucial feature for a country to maintain the constitutionality of citizens and protect human rights. Indonesia, as a country that has a new constitution, which is the result of amendments, has also played an essential role in efforts to safeguard human rights with the establishment of the Constitutional Court as a new court tasked with being the guardian of the constitution, guardian of human rights, guardian of democracy and guardian of citizens’ rights.

Furthermore, this book also discusses how the Constitutional Court has adapted very quickly to technology amid the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, the Constitutional Court has transformed into a modern court and can provide easy access for the public to file various constitutional petitions to the Constitutional Court.
