This book presents a collection of papers on constitutional democracy, contributed by participants of the 2023 Recharging Program, a collaborative effort between the Constitutional Court of Indonesia (MKRI) and the National Center for State Courts (NCSC), USA. The compilation of these papers is divided into several parts, including The Role of The Court and Its Independence, Implementing Constitutional Democracy and Theory, Judicial System and Court Administrations, and Constitutional and Human Rights. The compilation is adjusted to the main theme of the recharging program, namely “Restructuring Constitutional Democracy”. We hope this book would be useful as an effort to share experiences and knowledge. Happy reading.
